At PILGRIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
